I don't ever watch PTI, do they ever talk about that stuff? I guess they can only use the clips they have.

Deciding that the Declan Sullivan tragedy was somehow germaine to this review was an unusual decision IMO.

 

Its fine to review all our struggles, but the personal attacks on kelly and the rehash of the racsist diatribe surrounding the willingham affair was simply TOO STRIDENT & COMPLETELY INAPPROPRATE while discussing a team 20 days away from playing for a national title.

 

Lots of anger , Lots of insults---and almost no sense of what was accomplished coming out of our years of struggles.

 

Someone please show WILBON the recruiting effort of 2004 by TY--after transfers, that became a LOST YEAR OF RECRUITS---that lack of depth was an albacore around poor charlie that he postponed but never escaped.

 

All in all--a am very sympatico with Piratey's views--that was pretty horrible , it wasn't nice, it wasn't called for---

We all already knew this though....I was really hoping for something new. Maybe once ND wins the title, PTI can do a special about how ND ruined college football by being independent and beating the mighty SEC.

This was, in many ways, worse than the Rick Reiley article.
