(Other then a visit or face to face) I think it's intended not to put undue pressure on the kid to choose one school over another in the media. B in Law still has my NCAA book. What that was is a major error and bad mistake by Wanny. The University itself says who verbed or who did not or is being saught. Never Coach or in this case Coach Weis is smart enough never to mention any kid till actually signed Feb 200In this case wanny seems to be trying to impress all he has a huge recruite interested in Pitt You can then really excude the kid from Pitt right now. Wipe him off the board of Pitt. I do not know what the sanction is off hand by NCAA. They are not going to be happy in Indianapolis or Wannys office. I'd again say wipe the kid off Pitts screen. He doesn't want NCAA headaches in HS, and a dumb coach blabbing away. I'm sure he wanted media attention but not of this sort. Violations of this bylaw do not affect a prospect's eligibility; however, such violations shall be considered institutional violations per Constitution 2.8.1. (Sic) Saying NCAA said they were all brand new at washington so made a slip not intentional. Still Wanny needs egg on his face a bunch. Not sure what NCAA feels? Weis is new also just doesn't open his mouth like Wanny and entangle himself with his tongue. The State of Penn pays him $1,000,000 plus for this?
