Guest SirJohn
I've seen a bunch of posts complaigning on not being able to see touchdown Jesus with the expansion to 80,000 plus. Somewhere buried in DD archives I said consider start expanding the stadium to 100,000 under Coach Weis. I'm sure I got (premature.) But lets look ahead. We are hands down the most popular team. I know the needed renovation and thus scaffolding upset a lot of students wanting their graduation pix in front of the golden dome. That work was necessary, small price to pay as it looks super now. Cut a V to see Touchdown Jesus and lose seats in the stadium? Heck no. Expand the stadium to 100,000 and just go build the library higher and raise touchdown Jesus above the new expansion. That's how this one man feels. Scaffolding a year won't harm us all that much. Besides who can complain if a University has a larger library? Guest absdietguy
I like your thinking, raise Touchdown Jesus, heck knows there is money at Notre Dame to do it.
