SNIFF! (Cough, Hack Gag) presentable. I seem to recall Coach Weis warning Father Jenkins who appeared last years practice and wanted to speak with the boys. More or less Coach said Father the smell will be terrific.

 

I seem to be using Right Guard it's guarenteed to work (Cough! Hack! Gag) all day.

No new news on this kid. From what I understand it is down to USC and Purdue. With his isze I think he fits better with Purdue but he is a California kid. The poodle already has been bitten once with Clausen. We will see if he tries to keep arguably the 2nd best QB in 2007 in state. By the way, Louks just turned 16 and is around 6'1" or 6'2''. I think if he grows this summer then he might very well end up the "Mustain" of 2007.

Chiro, when you said Louks might be the next Mustain, do you mean the kid whose indecisiveness screws him, because he won't be the #1 QB prospect.

I think the kid from San Diego, Forcier, is the second best Cal QB. Loukas could be third.

The difference btwn Louks and Mustain is that Louks has not committed to anyone yet.

I've heard that this kid has listed Notre Dame as one of his choices. These are the schools he has listed.

 

1. Purdue

2. Notre Dame

3. USC

4. Oregon

5. Arizona State

6. Fresno State

Just heard that Corbin Louks and Jimmy Clausen were at the EA sports Elite 11 camp a couple of weeks ago. Both made the top 20 out of over 100 guys invited. From what I heard the talent level amoung the top 20 was pretty similar but two guys stood head and shoulders above the rest.

Corbin has been receiving text messages from Purdue and he is scheduled for Stanford's camp coming up soon. It is apparent that ND is not going to take him. Evidently coaches can't communicate other than text messages until May? Then the calls will start. USC, Stanford, Purdue, Arizona state, Fresno State are all interested in getting Corbin. Where would you go if you had these offeres?

Well.....I would not go to Purdue if I was being pursued by USC, Stanford, Arizona state or Fresno State. Especially if I was going to be getting PT from those colleges. IMO Purudue is not even a Top 20 program. He should just to a big time school that turns QB's into professionals. Not a college that turns QB's into back ups.

until Leinhart becomes a starter USC has as many NFL starters I beleive as Purdue playing right now, im having a hard time thinking of any from those other schools...someone help me out here

 

also, note that just cause people have interest doesnt mean you have offers, lets see who offers him

Don't count out Fresno... They have a history of producing QBs that are top draft picks and it's closer to home. ASU is also a good school for QBs.

I agree...that guy at Fresno is doing some great things. That's got to be attractive for any kid.
