Had the opportunity of watching a practice yesterday afternoon ( Sunday).... Everyone looked good at times..watched as Shelton made some great grabs from Quinn..Watched as Quinn threw a interception ( I reminded him that is not acceptable and that I hoped he was getting that crapola out of his system) ..you could just feel the excitement of this season coming up..coach Weis monitored from close up and could tell he was the leader as when he spoke people listened. The coaches were loud and directed practice just like a training camp. The secondary looked "good" and I could tell that they were the focus of a few drills I saw them running..oh yeah, Stovall made a few red zone grabs with Quinn lofting the ball up high for him to go get..watch for this cat to really be a large part of the red zone offense. AHHHHH...what a wonderful feeling to be there..definetly making the wait for our opener even more difficult. Not to mention the $200 spent at the bookstore..God what a wonderful place to be! Dude I'm so jealous. I wish I had more time to go down there. Thanks for the update. Could you tell who was working with the first team D in the secondary? I'm really curious who will be starting back there.

Actually from where I was ( offenses backs to me) it was kinda hard to tell, I was probably 50 to 70 yards away.. I did see zibby make a few plays..lots of subbing..LOTS...guys constantly coming on and going off the field. I did notice that everytime..and I do mean everytime Quinn ran a play..wether it was a run play or a pass play..he immediately turned around and ran up to CW..Immediately..saw or backup QB get some action..and actually looked good...Offensive line looked great! big, strong,fast..and very overpowering..we seemed to run alot of long ball routes..I believe to work on the secondary.

Good report Domehead. The rubber bands will stop flying for one day, and one day only. I knew something was up yesterday because I was abnormally restless, I knew one of my homeboys had to be on campus. Sept. 3rd may be the most anticipated date I can ever remember. This is getting NUTS.
