Our next OL to commit may be...

Eric Olsen. The kid out of NY just picked up an offer from ND and is very high on the Irish. He loved the campus and was overwhelmed by the Gug. I would bet my money that he is most likely to commit next out of OL (I'm not saying to expect it anytime soo) because he seems high on the Irish. He would be a great asset to the team. After reviewing his film, he punishes defenders and hits them when they are down. He continues to play until the whistle and never stops. He's a real good prospect.

I just looked him up on rivals. He's a four star player from Poly Prep and here are his attributes:

Height: 6-foot-5

Weight: 300 pounds

40-yard dash: 5.1 seconds

Bench max: 350 pounds

Squat max: 565 pounds

Vertical leap: 25 inches

GPA: 3.0

We have some competition with him b/c he has offers from Mia, BC, and VA. Overall, I would rate him and 8.5 out of 10 (About the same as Bartley Webb)

Nice info. A quick check at NDNation showed him not listed at all of interest or anything. What's his GPA is that info given? I believe Webb was 3.9 GPA on a 4 scale.

If this kid is even half as intense as Jeff Faine was/is, then we HAVE to have him. I'm tired of our line getting pushed around and being courteous. I want a line that gets in the mix and dishes out some shots. I loved watching Jeff Faine run his guy 10-15 yards off the play and still take him to the ground. It was like watching a pit bull..........a really really big one.

Broker I used to be but I stopped in Jan because I didnt think that there was a need to. Besides, one of my assistant coaches does, so we talk about ND during practice and he tells me what he reads and stuff, so I don't need to pay money to hear that stuff.

I might for in-season. I enjoyed it when I had it. Do they have an internet only subscription, or do I have to buy the mag with it?
