This is Aldrige's workout


3 sets on mililtary: 80,85,90

Power cleans: 135x8,185x6,220x5,225x5,245x4

Hang cleans, same reps -15

Power snatch: 135x5, 185x4,185x4,205x3

Hang snatch, same reps -10

Biceps, triceps, lats, etc. after workout, sand dunes and weighted sit-ups.


On Tues. and Thur. I start off with squats, 5 sets with 275x15, weight can change.

Lunges while carrying 120lbs: 4 sets, 20 reps

Step ups with same weight for 3 sets of 20 reps

Calf raises: 375x10 for 3 sets

Leg curls: 150, 3 sets of 10 reps

Resistance training with either a bungie chord or a parachute later on in the day.


Friday: resistance training with either a bungie chord or a parachute or sand dunes.


Weekend: rest.

Not only is that a rigorous workout, but I happen to like the names of some of those lifts. Power Snatch...........Hang Snatch...........maybe Snatchy McPants should add them to his routine.
