Thoughts?

Recruiting has always been a crazy thing and this is just another one to add to the list....when coaches do things like this that's when you realize how important talent is for a program.....I guess Harbaugh is pretty desperate for a kicker

Hey, kickers can be the difference between wins and losses. If he feels good about the rest of the class and just feels like he's missing that kicker to solidify that part of the game, sounds like a good use of time.

Also, love the neighbors. The sign is trolling, but respectful trolling. Nothing dirty. Just, perfect.

The sleepover part was a joke. Jim is talking to a kid at midnight about attending scUM. They're not breaking out the easy bake oven or crank calling cute boys.

This is the kind of thing that shows recruits how much you want them to be a part of your program.

"sleepover" at a recruits house, climbs a tree at anothers, oh and in the mean time, lets pull the scholarship of the 6-5" 300 # lineman who was rated 4 stars and #15 overall, and who was the first commit in the 2016 class(albeit to Hoke), and not give him a reason why! Great coach but a classless POS move on his part for doing this, less than 2 weeks before signing day when he had all season to decide if he wanted him or not! Glad he isn't coaching The Irish!

it definitely seems fishy - but we dont know the whole story, only one side of it.

there are rumors out there that when he (the recruit) was kept in the class when Harbaugh got the job, he was told his offer was dependent on how he performed his senior year. So supposedly he didnt meet those expectations. Regardless, waiting until 13 days before signing day is a little harsh.
