Having the will and determination to be competitive in any situation is an innate characteristic that senior Notre Dame point-guard, Tory Jackson oozes out for a weekly display. He might be all by himself but he’ll fight until the end.
His deft driving ability coupled with his creative mid-air passing can be seen on a regular basis, as well as the lack of support around him. All alone and on an island, Jackson–the youngest of eight children, consistently gives Notre Dame a chance when playing against long-armed, more athletic players.
In another life, Tory would have probably been a caterer since he dishes out so well. Averaging close to 6 assists per contest and ranking in the top 5 statistically in assists to turnovers margin, Tory Jackson proves he belongs with the best in college basketball.
I only wish he had some help. True, Gody is putting up unbelievable numbers but when it comes down to the knack for making unbelievable plays, Tory stands alone. If “Noder Dame” as Brian Kelly would call it, wants to be playing in March, they need to go out and recruit five more Tory Jacksons.
