Default ND v Louisville

At the game with 2 other dads and our 3 sons. Hitting the Michigan v ND hickey game after. Great to be back on campus!

Disappointing ending for sure. Missed some key buckets and couldn't get stops when needed. We're almost there, but not quite...

ND men's hoops losing games late has been a trend under Brey. I still recall against Kentucky in the Elite 8 they wore down in the last minute. For years it was because he wouldn't trust his younger guys and only played 6-7 players for the bulk of minutes. They would get worn down by tournament time. He seems to have adjusted in recent years - probably out of necessity since they have so few remaining scholarship players.

They lost in similar fashion to NC State last week.

It's disappointing to see them in this basketball purgatory the last few years.

Luckily Brey will be gone very soon, maybe even at the end of the year.

Speculation or have you heard something? His decision? I have always thought Brey did a pretty good job for ND knowing he is not going to get th top talent that wants to leave after a year or two.

No just my opinion. He’s been here wayyyyyy to long. This will be 3 straight not making the tournament, that doesn’t fly at ND.

Lol. Yes it does. Apparently you don't remember the McCleod years. Lol. The basketball program has always been an afterthought in the minds of the powers that be.

Are you familiar with Swarbrick? Given what Brey has already done and the way he conducts himself and graduates players, he is here until he doesn't want to be.
