Default Rivals Top 250

I took a look at the list today. It's easy to see why the top teams dominate. Ala has a ridiculous amount of top recruits.

It's obvious to me that recruiting is holding back ND. I think it would be a great idea to incentivize the staff on recruiting. Bonuses for the staff every year they sign a top 5 class. I don't care if Swarbrick chooses a random site or a consensus. Also don't care if the staff whine about the sites not understanding the abilities of the recruits. Maybe $250k for Kelly and $100k for each positional coach/coordinator. Probably hard to pull this money out of thin air but it should be tied into future negotiations/contracts.

I actually like this, but add a bit more $... we are always 1st or 2nd in annual football revenue every single year... we are a private college that does not need to divulge our payments to coaches. Open up the damn bank for coaches. How we are so stingy drives me crazy with assistant coaches. Back up that Brinks! Get the best damn assistants and recruiters you can. Who cares what it costs. We more then have enough.
