Would be nice to have Buchner there as well with all of the OL in attendance. That would only help.

Having Fisher there is bigger than Buchner. Apparently Fisher has become a huge recruiter. He has asked the staff who they are recruiting. He has even asked for film of the recruits high on ND's board. LOL. He is in the ear of these guys.

Hope he and his parents have such a good feel for everything that is ND that he pulls the trigger right then and there.

Apparently Penn State cut ties with OL coach Matt Limegrover who I believe was lead recruiter for Tengwell and Rucci. Harbaugh looks like they are going to hire him at UM.

If so, that will be the fourth Big 10 school for Limegrover as a coach.

Northwestern (as GA), Minnesota (OC & OL), Penn St (OL), and Michigan.

Is Abiara underrated? Given the schools who have offered him, it seems that he should have more than 3 stars.

Did he not attend any camps? Has he had a recent growth spurt? Just wondering if there is a back story?

Yes and the list will grow. Bowers may be a LB but DE certainly in the cards too. No real LBs on the list is the question mark

Honestly, not completely sure. I was surprised he didnít make the jump in the recent recruiting rankings updates to be quite honest. I wouldnít go as far to say he will make a Kyle Hamilton level jump, but Iím confident in saying he will be a consensus middle to high four-star when the final rankings come out next year.

I think your first observation is the most likely. He recently blew up with offers and hasnít really had the opportunity to hit the camp circuit yet. Believe he will this spring/summer.

Iíve been preaching for Bowers at LB. Think he could be a dominant Mike or Buck.

Also, the staff is recruiting McMillon at Rover so there is one LB, technically speaking. Think the board expands though, but Iíve also heard they could be content only taking 1 LB this year still.

I really want the staff to pursue Benjamin Perry, Tyler McLaurin and Cole Bishop.

No LBs in 2020 and only 1 LB in 2021? Will ND's base defense be dime or quarter in a few years?

I don't understand LB recruiting right now. I get that there are a lot of young guys, but you can't skip entire positions. Period. Shayne Simon's little brother was a consensus Top 100 recruit last year, and ND didn't push for him. Maybe he still goes to OSU in the end, but you're telling me that ND can't take a Top 100 LB with connections to the program? Makes no sense. The LB board will certainly change as evaluations continue, but it looks very bleak right now.
