4 - 12 in true road games against ranked opponents.

How many coaches keep their job after doing that?

Ones that have been to a National Title and a playoff. You know before the Iowa game, Janes Franklin was 0-11 on the road vs ranked teams? You think he should be fired too? Or is it maybe that it’s really hard to win on the road vs ranked teams and only a few elite coaches can do it consistently?

You keep bringing up that we went to the playoff, but really look objectively at our schedule last year. We played no one that was a top team. Our best win was maybe Stanford? Syracuse? It was an unbelievably easy schedule. We caught a break with the schedule and that allowed us to sneak in. If we had played a top team or two that year we would have lost just like we have all of the other years when we play top teams.

BK is who he is. We can do better.

Ones who were recently in danger of losing their job before playing ND...

I put on ND Radio in the 2nd half and the radio guys were asking “why Book has regressed?” and “why no one has started at QB for 2 straight years” under BK.

Pretty damning when your own announcers are questioning you.
