Big risers were OL Tosh Baker, DB Dontae Manning, OL Roger Rosengarten, and DL Braiden McGregor (#27 overall now)

NDs board looks great right now. Definitely the RB and WR board is fantastic, especially compared to last year. OL is great too with some very good early evals, same with DL actually. Defensive board overall looks healthy. Lots of visits happening this spring to sort out the order and who is really interested.

FWIW, Barton Simmons is heading to Europe in order to check out the guys like Alex Ehrensberger. Will be curious to hear his opinion of the talent level as a whole. Still really hope that kid attends an Opening regional.
Did 247 actually see the players they "evaluated" for this realignment or are they still ranking imaginary prospects?

Technically, Rivals made the error not 247. 247 only had a player rating because their system used to pull from Rivals and ESPN even if 247 did not have a player rated yet.

Regardless, quite the overhaul and will be interesting to watch movement going forward. Hoping Pyne makes the ranking look dumb.

I sure hope so. They made Pyne look like a pedestrian with these new rankings. Im almost amazed ND offered after this.

Yep. Assuming his offer is committal. Pair him with Tyree and that is tremendous. A part of me really wants Bijan. I think he is my favorite target this cycle along with McGregor, but it is starting to feel like one of the APB and someone like Mullings, Edwards, Murphy, Trayanum and maybe McGowan could be included in that as well.

I would assume it is, otherwise that would be a rough move by ND. Make him wait then offer then not allow him to commit. Depends on what was said behind closed doors I imagine.

Very exciting few weeks coming up for ND recruiting. Lots of visitors, and big time ones, in these next several weeks. It will start to separate who's maybe in and out. Also, in general several more Nike Opening Regionals will be completed. Nice to see how some of these guys stack up.

Polian needs to dominate the competition and get this Hawaiian star to ND. He's a big time player

It is very early. He isn't supposed to publicly announce until December 7th, which is why some think he won't end up at ND. He hasn't even been on campus yet, but that will happen next month. Let it play out, because ND is very much in it for him and he is far from deciding. Most of the time these kids silent commit if they plan on committing that late, because they know spots fill up. If he wants to be at ND, he will likely inform the staff well before that December 7th date. He is a top priority.

At this point, Id be pretty surprised if Jordan Johnson and Michael Redding arent in this class at WR. Staff probably for looking for two additional on top of that. Those other names include Jalen McMillan and AJ Henning as the elite level guys. Maliq Carr, Xavier Watts and William Nixon are the other names to know right now. Wouldnt be surprised to see some more names arise.

As of now I would not bet on ND but that could change. Spring visits may help figure it out.
