Default Ahmad Thomas
A DB out of Florida. Don't know too much about him, wondering if anyone else did. In a 247 article he clearly states ND is #1 right now just by offering him and he has not visited yet. Is this someone we want?

So back to the original post......is this guy a guy we want to commit? Now we need some DB's this class and got stiffed in last class, do we want to keep taking 3 star's this early? I am partial and think that we could use some Florida speed, but kind of want some elite recruits at ND as well.

not sure, he has decent measurables and it seems the staff likes him quite a bit for a 3* prospect, he could be underrated like Kinlaw (though Kinlaw has a valid reason that we know of). There is still plenty of time to get another solid corner and we are in (CB) Cole Luke's top schools, and I believe he plans to take an official visit to south bend eventually. As for safety, I believe I heard that the staff will only take a safety if it is a top talent, keep a watch for the name Vonn Bell. Seemed to really like campus when he came up a couple weeks ago and has been talking to Jaylon Smith on twitter.

Havent seen much regarding him to be honest...

still unsure about him. Could be underrated, but no info on whether the staff is slow playing him or whether they would take him right now if he committed. Could be underrated as a 3* because it is early in the process, but he has the size.
6'0"-6'1" 200lb safety isnt bad at all.

Not very impressed with all these 3* offers. Seems like we're recruiting mediocre players.

its early in the process, not a stretch to see a lot of these 3* get a 4th later down the road. There is a reason each of the recruiting sites update their rankings multiple times throughout the year.
