I'm going to throw this one out there and see what everyone thinks. I believe Travis Thomas is going to have a breakout year in '05. Ok, pick your jaws up off the floor, it's not THAT far-fetched. Last year was definitely a nightmare for TT and I'm sure he's very eager to make everyone forget about it. I think he wasn't developed enough to be the starter in his VERY FIRST college game. He did not play in '03 and was thrown in at the last minute for the season opener at BYU. A lot of people forget that TT was a highly ranked recruit and has the potential to be great. He has size, power and SPEED. The rumor is that this guy is a freak in the weightroom, so look for him to be in even better shape for his second year of action. If his only problem last year was mental, look for a lot of teams to be surprised this season when TT gets inserted into the lineup. (By the way, if I'm wrong and he does have a duplicate fumble-happy season again, feel free to bash me all you want.) GO IRISH!

Yea I agree. He almost cost us the MSU game, but the key word is almost. He still has to prove that he's reliable until I jump on board the bandwagon.

TT was a big recruit coming out of HS. He definitely has a ton of talent but you'll never see the field if you can't hold on to the rock.
