:D One of the funniest remarks from a Penn fan I have seen posted has been
"Which will happen first? Wanny being fired or JoePa's corpse disintegrating?"
Makes you feel good rooting for ND.

I am sure we all got the flag on the 50 yard line by Mich State, trash thrown by Michigan but I had not even known about this incident below.

An F for Section 528
Friday, September 23, 2005
My husband and I are University of Pittsburgh alumni and our daughter is an alumna of the University of Notre Dame, so we all attended the Pitt-Notre Dame football game on Saturday evening, Sept. 3, at Heinz Field.
Quarterback Tyler Palko's so-called "F-bomb" of a year ago at the Pitt-ND game must have inspired some of the Pitt student population. It was an absolute disgrace to hear the chant "(expletive) the Irish" from an entire student section (Section 528) at the beginning of the game, which was being nationally televised.
We were appalled at this caliber of students attending our alma mater. However, by halftime, this same student section began emptying, and by the end of the third quarter the section was almost totally empty. They would not even stay to support their team.
We certainly hope the university does not condone this behavior by its students or consider it "a joke," as I heard Mr. Palko state in one of his television interviews.
