Don't you all love that all of the freshman are so selfless. All they want to do is get on the bus and help the team win any way they can. Countless interviews to the players garner the same response: I will do whatever I can to make this team win. Either the team is putting on a show (Which I seriously doubt) or Coach has instilled that type of selflessness to create a team atmosphere. I think it is great. Eerily reminiscent to the way the Pats handle themselves.

:D He does motivate doesn't he? Practice with out the pads so legs are fresh till Fri. No excuses. Does some situations he didn't tell his staff about so they have to decide then and there on a call. No excuses. :D Play some practices under the lights. No excuses. Crowd noise for the D boise. No excuses.
He's burned every bridge behind him. Onward to victory. :D

I'm sure the wording probably came from CW's instructions, but the meaning behind them is genuine. These guys came in as a largely unheralded class, but when working as a unified team, they can accomplish great things.

I agree completely Snatchy. I am sure CW gave them a runthrough before any of them faced the media.
