I know. I loved the burger grill out there and can almost imagine the staff joshing mad over the balcony bit. It mentioned 'choach bonding'. While I dont like the word bonding much, it's a measure of how close our coaching team has come. FAM> Gee would I like to be a fly on the wall then.

It's like the DD gang all fam and comfortable.

I sent this link to a Pal as kind of a new side to the coach and that "bonding."

He said it's probably more important (The grill etc) then you think. Said, I have been to many management meetings. It's usually the talkers talking and listerners listening. But when we have an informal meeting over bagels and cheese, etc, that's when the best ideas flow. No one is hesitant to speak out and even a crazy idea at first works. ????
