We may not have to. There were reports from Pitt's spring practice that he hurt his shoulder diving for a ball. The injury may keep him out up to a few weeks. This could ease our green secondary's transition, but we still have the reliable Joe Delsardo to worry about. I would not get my hopes up on this one.

At first glance when I read that story, I got excited about the prospect of Pitt's best receiver being out for the game. Then I came to my senses and realized that by hoping for a lesser team, that would put us no better than the Div II scheduling wimps at some of the other schools. Until we beat teams at full strength, we have no basis for respect or bragging rights. On that note, BRING EM' ON! I hope he's 100% and still gets shut down. Of course, if Hoyte or Duke or anyone else for that matter decides to take someone out of the game (Eric Ainge anyone?), I'm all for that.
GO IRISH!

I thought it was interesting news so i thought I would post it. I too want Pitt at full strength, but I don't have a problem with G. Lee being out.

Yeah, I was actually getting on here to see if anyone had posted it yet, but as usual, you were right on top of it. Good work!
