Well if anyone here follows the Notre Dame basketball team like I do, im sure your feeling my pain as the Irish yet again let one slip away when Villanova's guard Lowry tipped in the game winner with 1 second remaining on Saturday, to break Irish hearts yet again

The question is what in the heck does this ND team need to do to get over the hump, right now I see them staring down an NIT invitation, even though they play in without a doubt the best conference in the nation.

My opinion they just live and die by that three too much and dont have enough of an inside game, you have to go inside out not outside in, which is what the Irish usually do. But they are still in every single game, not matter if its the 76th team in the nation or the 3rd team in the nation, the game isnt over till less than a minute remains. It seems that Mike Breys team just cant pull out a play at the end to win one.

irish basketball sucks. short and simple. Brey needs to go because the irish keep falling and falling but i do think they have potential. there not going anywhere this year i mean there not even going to the NIT. its a lost season for the irish.

i think they need one guy thats amazing (i know that would help all teams but nd especially) and that avg.s more than a chris quinn type of 17 ppg i think zeller in a couple years time mmiigghhtt be the guy, not to sure about that but i think hes good, he can shoot inside and he can shoot 3s

Irish lost again...one point this time to West Virginia...I watched this one and they should of won again, just didnt really have any defense in the back stretch and of course no inside game. Ah well at least every game is close even though they lose, I guess we will just have to wait for those Freshmen to bloossum for next year.

psh another loss, and another CLOSE loss...
