Again, I know this is not all about the Irish, but this is my preseason Top 32 teams. I try to predict how good the teams will do and the ( ) next to each team is where I think they'l finish in their respective conference.

26. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (#3 ACC Coastal)
27. UTEP Miners (#1 C-USA West - C-USA Champs)
28. UCLA Bruins (#4 Pac-10)
29. Fresno State Bulldogs (#2 WAC)
30. Virginia Cavaliers (#4 ACC Coastal)
31. Bowling Green Falcons (#1 MAC East - MAC Champs)
32. Penn State Nittany Lions (#5 Big Ten)
There were so many close calls between many teams in each conference. Overall, I expect this season to be very competitive for a lot of the big conferences such as the ACC, Big Ten, Big XII (South) and the SEC. I don' think the Pac-10 or the Big East will be too competitive since USC should take the Pac-10 easily and the Big East should be either Louisville's or Pitt's.
I think the Irish will end up 8-3 in the regular season.
