This should def help the squad next year in practice, but be an even greater upgrade the year after.

The Irish lose 4 seniors McAlarney, Zeller, Ayers, & Hillesland after next year and possibly Harangody to the NBA.

The rotation for 09-10 season could be Guards: Tory Jackson, Jonathan Peoples, and Hansbrough along with Carleton Scott, Tyrone Nash and Scott Martin as wingmen and Luke Harangody at center.

The game experience Hansborough & Martin bring is greater than all of the sophs total.

Ty Profitt & Tim Abromaitis will be fighting for time, and I wouldnt be surprised if one of them left if they weren't in the rotation.

HARRENGODY wont go to the NBA, he will not be nearly as successful in the NBA as he was in college. He is like Hansbrough(tyler), He is staying all 4 years because he is great in college ball, but NBA is a completely different style

i totally agree with you, but there's always a chance. he is a high quality college player, but i def agree with you in the sense that he'll stay all 4 years

Two great experienced pick-ups! One's even that mythological slasher that we havn't had since Russel Carter's day! Although they're not McDonald All-Americans, they're extremely serviceable. What good timing too! K-Mac will be leaving along with Hillesland, and they're there to fill the holes. (hopefully)
