LAX??? Explain. But who cares a big one in and if he doesn't count 2005 whooooooooooo
I checked your link after I posted OL. (Thanks by the way) I see he is tight End which is Konrad Reuland slot. So if KR disses ND no problem. Guessing here maybe that's the reasoning he is now ND. Reuland could be old news?

Lacrosse and I think that Yeatman will grow into a O-line. Reuland should be Irish by this time tommarow.

Sir John, i dont know if you are being sarcastic or not, but Yeatman, with all due respect, is not near the caliber of Reuland...with yeatmans size he may end up converting to OL just like Mullen may convert to DL

IrishLeopard post more and a opinion is so needed. This is where we can chew it all out as friends. Somewhere between the pro and con the truth is. So post and post more often.
I don't see sarcasim here tho? Other places I sure do display that. :D
My agumentation/opinion.
I only mean if we gain a TE that we need Reuland less if he is dangling us , well he can go kiss Charlie's butt. That door is about closed whether there is a hotshot kid out there or not. I go by this Jersey guy. "I tell you what to do, you don't tell me."
I think a 'Yeatmen is not near the caliber of Reuland' is 100% correct. On reports by others.
So you and I sit down friendly and over a brew chew it out. :D Which, sans brew is what we are doing and is so great about DD.
Everyone around ND seems hyper over Konrad. I noted SI didn't even mention him. So in the hype. What's to be believed?
I've alway noted not everyone gets to take the Prom Queen to the Ball end of the year. Yet you have a heck of a time with the girl that says "YES!" Similar to vering for a school. Beauty and five star super HS kids are in the eyes of the beholder I guess? :D

This is a nice bonus. The kid has good size, and he's quick. I few years down the road he may develope into an excellent player, or at least a solid backup. The best thing about him though is the fact that he's free, in that he doesn't count against the scholarships.

:) Thanks Grayson keep posting and adding. It's all pieces of puzzle added or sands to an hourglass. Sooer or later it comes out clear what's what.

I just did not know whether or not you thought that we would pull Reuland's offer because of yeatman.....Remember, their is a reason all major sites and evaluators have Reuland as either the number 1 or 2 TE prospect in the country, and both Rivals and Scout have him in the top 50.

From North County Times.
(Seems to be Yeatman will be TE, preferred position by he and coaches, Which is Konrad Reulands position as well.

Notre Dame is the next stop for Rancho Bernardo's Yeatman
By: SCOTT BAIR - Staff Writer
Rancho Bernardo High football and lacrosse star Will Yeatman has verbally committed to play for the University of Notre Dame.
After being heavily recruited by both Maryland and Notre Dame, Yeatman chose to side with the Fighting Irish on Wednesday evening.
Yeatman will attend Notre Dame on a lacrosse scholarship during his first year at the school. He will redshirt during football season and will be an active member of the lacrosse team.
"It's a great fit," Yeatman said. "Notre Dame is a great academic institution and it has a rich athletic tradition. I'm really excited about the prospect of playing there."
The decision was a difficult one for Yeatman, whose mother, aunt and uncle graduated from Maryland. In the end, though, he chose to go to South Bend.
The 6-foot, 6-inch, 255-pound Yeatman played tight end in high school, but was recruited by many schools as an offensive lineman. Notre Dame, however, recruited Yeatman as a tight end ---- his preferred position.
"I wouldn't make a decision solely on what position I was playing, but it is nice to find such a great school that wants to keep me at tight end," said Yeatman, an All-North County selection at the position.
In addition to being an outstanding blocker, Yeatman had 36 receptions for 527 yards and seven touchdowns this season. He is also a standout lacrosse player and has stated that he wants to participate in both sports during his freshman year. If he can't, Yeatman said might re-evaluate his choice.
As of now, though, Yeatman plans to play for a school that has a football team ranked in the top 10 and a competitive lacrosse program.
